Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Baltic Amber House.

All purchases made through BalticAmberHouse.com are processed directly by Baltic Amber House and are subject to the policy outlined below.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, preparation, processing, or shipping arrangements may already be in progress, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@balticamberhouse.com with your order number.

Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with its original packaging and any accessories or documentation supplied with the order.
You must contact us before sending the item back so that we can provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning valuable items. Baltic Amber House cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged before they are received by us.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@balticamberhouse.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging and any visible damage.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, return or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that after a refund has been issued, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Natural Baltic Amber

Natural Baltic amber is an organic material, and variations in color, inclusions, transparency, texture, shape, pattern and other natural characteristics are normal.

These natural variations contribute to the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting conditions and individual screen or device settings.

Certificate of Authenticity

Where supplied with the order, the Baltic Amber House Certificate of Authenticity and accompanying documentation should be returned together with the product when making a return.
